The Opportunity Due to business growth, we are expanding the sales team further!   Join our winning sales team as an Account Manager as we gear up for another stage of rapid growth.   We manufacture Slurryflex (‘the toughest mining hose’) and Abrasiguard (‘the most durable slurry piping’). Both are made right here in Australia. Our proven system is helping processing plants around the world become more efficient with greater uptime and less maintenance.   This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team on a massive growth trajectory. You will be selling proven, premium-quality products in the mining industry, working alongside a highly supportive and knowledgeable team. 

The Role   Dive into a thrilling opportunity that positions you at the core of an exclusive mining clientele as an Account Manager. You'll be entrusted with approximately 20-30 of our existing, top-tier accounts in the vibrant mining sector, setting you up for growth from the get-go.

You'll collaborate with our dedicated customer support team, a group committed to procuring products and quotes on your behalf. This will free you up to focus more on enriching your pipeline and fortifying relationships, minimising time spent on administrative tasks.

Your objective? To build strong relationships and maintain a robust pipeline of promising opportunities, effectively boosting your financial impact within your assigned accounts. Envision this role as the mastermind of your own mini enterprise within our company. Key responsibilities include: -          Account management including prospecting and farming -          Pipeline management and closing deals -          Deliver exceptional client outcomes leading to repeat business -          Growing your expertise in products and applications -          Conducting sales activities as per CRM playbook

About You We're seeking an energised salesperson who thrives on competition, enjoys leading initiatives, and excels at communication, both on the phone and via email.
