Ivan Pandiyan is a prominent leader in strategy, operations, and product development within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Portfolio Leader for Strategy & Operations at BD since 2025, Ivan focuses on enhancing Pharmacy Automation offerings through robotics and new product development. As an Advisor to SaaS/AI/ML CEOs at Minnesota Emerging Software Advisory (MESA) since 2021, Ivan contributes expertise in guiding digital transformation efforts. Previously, Ivan held key roles including Executive of Product Development, AI Innovation & Transformation at GE Healthcare, where significant advancements were made in digital and AI integration for a $3B business segment.
