Jessica Cates Fox possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on specimen management and clinical development. Serving at BD from June 2021 to January 2025, Jessica held titles including VP, HR Specimen Management and Sr. Director HR for both Specimen Management and R&D and Medical Affairs. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Bristol-Myers Squibb for US Commercial Hematology and roles at Celgene that encompassed Director and Associate Director of Human Resources within Global Clinical Development Operations.
