Steven Mancini

Steven Mancini has extensive experience in digital enablement and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Associate Director at BD since June 2015. In this role, Steven oversees an agile team focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Cognitive Technologies and Manager of Cognitive Solutions, where Steven managed significant automation projects, including a large-scale RPA implementation and the development of a conversational AI platform that handles over 9,000 monthly interactions. Earlier roles at BD, as well as internships at Penn State University, Columbia Bank, Valley National Bank, and A&P, provided a strong foundation in IT and operational management. Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
