Dr. Reinhard Kleyna

Dr. Reinhard Kleyna currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for MD Operations at Berkenhoff GmbH, specializing in high-tech precision wires since July 2023. Previously, Dr. Kleyna held various leadership roles at Danaher Corporation from July 2016 to June 2023, including Site Leader for Laetus GmbH and Global Director of multiple divisions focused on quality inspection and serialization solutions. Dr. Kleyna's extensive experience also encompasses roles at Heraeus as VP of Lean Six Sigma and at WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co KG as Global Leader of Six Sigma. Earlier positions include corporate supplier quality management at Continental and IBM, with a foundational career in process engineering. Dr. Kleyna earned a PhD in Chemistry from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg between 1993 and 1998.
