Emma Guidarelli

Emma lives her life at the intersection of Startups and Human Resources. Emma comes to Bedrock after a decade of working in the people functions of growing companies. Emma is energized to bring the expertise that she has gained in the field, as well as her experience owning and managing her HR consulting company, to a company with a mission as important as Bedrock's. Emma is deeply motivated by the employees she serves and loves enabling companies to be thoughtful in their approach to building out their People Functions.

Emma has a BA in Sociology from Hamilton College and an MS in HR Management and Development, with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness from New York University.
