Your tasks:

• As a Senior Python Developer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of AIConsole.

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core infrastructure, including:- designing and delivering user interfaces, database schemas, and APIs,

• writing clean, testable, maintainable, and reusable code,
• participating in code reviews and ensuring error-free solutions,
• troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining AI-driven components for scalability and efficiency,
• translating business needs into technical solutions and communicating effectively with clients,
• supporting other engineers with your expertise and mentorship,
• engageing with the AIConsole community to understand users' needs and help guide the direction of product development.

We seek someone who embraces personal responsibility and is comfortable handling front-end tasks without requiring full-stack expertise. You’ll need:

• At least 5 years of experience with Python including (but not limited to) FastAPI, Redis, SQL and NoSQL databases, real-time communication apps (websockets etc) and Docker.
• Proven ability to anticipate and solve technical challenges.
• Experience with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
• Understanding LLM APIs, RAG and other concepts related to building LLM apps is a plus.
• Knowlege of TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience with using AI to augment and automate your own work.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (B2 level) in English which allow you to collaborate effectively with the team.
