Ines Godlewska

Ines Godlewska has a diverse work experience in various roles related to recruiting and human resources. Ines currently works as a Tech Recruiter at Affirm since September 2022 and at Bee Talents since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Tech Recruitment Partner at G-Core Labs S.A. from April 2022 to August 2022. In 2021, they were employed as a Team Assistant & Employer Branding at Viessmann Research & Development Center, where their responsibilities included managing the company's social media, organizing events, and monitoring workflow. In their role as a Tech Recruiter / Board Assistant at Global4Net from June 2019 to October 2021, they gained experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR assistance, and employee onboarding and offboarding. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Event Planner for the student's scientific circle "Project Europe" at Uniwersytet Wrocławski and as a Human Resources Recruiter at AIESEC. Through their various roles, Ines has developed a range of skills and gained valuable experience in the field of recruitment and human resources.

Ines Godlewska obtained a Master's Degree in European Studies from the University of Wroclaw, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their Master's Degree, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies from the same university, studying from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their academic degrees, Ines also acquired various certifications, including becoming a Certified Recruiter from inhire.io in January 2023, completing the CliftonStrengths 34 certification from Gallup in November 2022, and obtaining certifications in Advanced HTML and CSS, HTML and CSS from scratch, and Website development from scratch from eduweb.pl in 2022. Ines also received IT Technical Training from Rocket Hive in May 2022 and completed the Know Your Customer Academy from Sii Poland in September 2021.
