Soly Azose

Soly Azose has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2007, Soly worked as a Sales Intern at Marcus & Millichap. Following that, Soly served as a Business Banker at Citi from December 2007 to August 2009. In 2010, Soly joined Manela & Co. as a Senior Accountant, where they initially managed bookkeeping, tax preparation, and payroll before taking on additional responsibilities such as financial analysis and audit functions. From 2014 to 2016, Soly worked as a Controller at A&A Global Imports, overseeing the accounting team, payroll, and reporting, as well as providing logistics and supply chain analysis. Moving forward, Soly served as Controller at Independence Healthcare Management and, after the company was acquired by Beecan Health, became the Vice President of People in March 2022. As the Vice President of People at Beecan Health, Soly leads the HR and Payroll teams, supports cross-departmental collaboration, and advises the C-Suite while overseeing 2,000 employees. During their tenure, Soly brought the HR function in-house, implemented new HRIS and Payroll systems, and supported the executive team.

Soly Azose attended California State University, Northridge from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
