Beefree is looking for a driven and motivated Account Manager who will join our Beefree Business Unit and will be responsible for expanding sales into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.

About Beefree:

Beefree, one of Growens' Business Units, provides best-in-class tools for designing emails and landing pages, online at beefree.io and embedded in hundreds of SaaS applications. The Bee in Beefree stands for 'Best Editor Ever' and that's the original, ambitious goal chosen for this project. Made with lots of passion between the United States and Italy, Beefree is becoming a standard for digital content creation, starting with emails (“beautiful emails, fast”, is one of our taglines). The editor is used by hundreds of thousands of people every month and embedded in over 600 SaaS applications.

Your impact:

As an Account Manager, reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager of the business unit, you will work the full sales cycle including account mapping, lead management, qualification, evaluation, and closing. Beefree is a product-led growth company, and you will enjoy working with both existing users helping them upgrade into an Enterprise solution, as well as work with net-new inbound leads. You will also be responsible for expanding accounts you have closed over time in partnership with the assigned Customer Success Manager.

Your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Exceed sales goals through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities
  • Develop business strategies that optimize the market potential.
  • Along with your manager, define and execute strategic expansion plans for your accounts.
  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline, by assessing and qualifying many activities simultaneously
  • Hold demos and serve as point person for technical evaluation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expand license footprint to maximize adoption and collaboration with mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Win business the right way. We (humbly) boast an NPS of over 50 and want to keep it that way!

You will carry out these core responsibilities by:

  • Quickly becoming an expert user of our products, their features and our value proposition: developing a deep understanding of the reasons why they exist and the problems that they solve for our customers.
  • Creative problem solving when seemingly unsolvable roadblocks occur.
  • Leading with integrity, charisma, and a strong work ethic.
  • Owning your pipeline and serving as an ambassador throughout the client's organization.
  • Connect with and leverage early internal adopters and turn them into advocates.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of complex solution sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling solutions to the Email space is a plus.
  • Relentless desire to win even in the face of ambiguity.
  • Comfort selling products to both a technical and creative audience.
  • You’re willing to try new things and are ready to pivot if they don’t achieve results.
  • You view setbacks as opportunities to improve.
  • You have fantastic communication skills: you love interacting with prospects, customers & team members, in writing, and in person. You’ve given demos, presentations, held webinars, … you name it. And you’re not afraid of picking up the microphone to tell the Beefree story in front of an audience.
  • You’re curious: you love finding what’s behind a prospect’s current pain points, or how a certain customer is using our products and why.
  • You’re reliable, organized, and accountable.
