Beefree is looking for a driven and motivated Senior Account Manager who will join our Beefree Business Unit and will be responsible for expanding sales into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.

This position will have a base salary with variable compensation based on performance.

Your impact:

As an Senior Account Manager you will work the full sales cycle including prospecting, account mapping, lead management, qualification, evaluation, closing and expanding. Beefree is a product-led growth company and you will work with both net-new prospects and upgrading existing customers. You will also be responsible for expanding accounts you have closed over time in partnership with the assigned Customer Success Manager.

Your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Exceed sales goals through effectively working new leads (inbound and outbound) and managing upgrade conversations with Target Accounts within our existing customer base.
  • Along with your manager, define and execute strategic expansion plans for existing accounts within your book of business.
  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline effectively, balancing the need for sourcing new opportunities consistently while moving deals in the pipeline forward in the sales process
  • Effectively work the sales process including discovery, demo, multi-threading, and adding value throughout the sales cycle.
  • Win business the right way. We (humbly) boast an NPS of over 50 and want to keep it that way!

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 8 years of complex solution sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota using a consultative sales approach.
  • A hunter mindset, who can also find new opportunities in their existing book business. You are not afraid to try new things to proactively fill your pipeline.
  • Proven track record of selling both new logos from both inbound and self-sourced leads, as well as upselling and expanding existing customers.
  • Experience selling solutions to the email space is a plus.
  • Relentless desire to win even in the face of ambiguity.
  • You are passionate about technology and can selling products to both a technical and creative audience
  • You are a creative problem solver and you're willing to try new things and can pivot if they don’t achieve results.
  • You view setbacks as opportunities to improve.
  • You have fantastic communication skills: you love interacting with prospects, customers & team members, in writing, and in person. Not afraid to
  • You’re curious: you love finding what’s behind a prospect’s current challenges and opportunities, and are not afraid to get other stakeholders involved in the conversation.
