Tim Asti

Tim Asti has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tim began their career in 1988 with Cambridge Life Sciences & Oxford University, where they worked in Diagnostic Sales & Clinical Research. Tim later joined SRG as a Regional Operations Director/Manager before being promoted to Business Development Director, UK. At SRG, they focused on winning new business and supporting the delivery of staffing requirements for blue chip clients in the Pharma and Chemical sector.

In 2003, Tim moved to Kelly Services, UK & Ireland, where they held the position of Senior Corporate Divisional Manager and later became the Country Manager for Professional & Technical. Tim led a multidisciplinary management team across 13 branches and two countries, responsible for selling and delivering HR services in professional staffing solutions.

In 2009, Tim joined Adecco UK & Ireland as the Interim Operations Director, Professional Staffing, where they oversaw the development and execution of operational activities, including new sector market entry in Healthcare & Life Sciences and colleague recruitment and retention in management functions.

After leaving Adecco UK & Ireland, Tim joined Adecco management & consulting S.A. as International Business Projects & Branding, where they worked on business strategy & development, change projects, and brand strategy and expansion.

Currently, Tim is associated with Beeline, where they have held various roles since 2015. Tim began as VP Sales EMEA for Beeline Europe and later served as VP Enterprise Solutions - EMEA. In January 2019, they were promoted to VP Business Development. EMEA, responsible for the enterprise market evolution and business development in the EMEA region.

Tim Asti obtained a Biochemistry BSc(Hons) degree from the University of Leeds during the period of 1985-1988. Tim then pursued a Post Grad Diploma in Marketing from Leeds Beckett University between 1994 and 1995. In 2014, they attended the INSEAD MBA highlights program.
