Eduardo Gruber

Eduardo Gruber has worked in various roles since 2009. Eduardo began their career at TECJUMP Tecnologia em Informática Ltda as an Analista de Suporte Técnico, where they were responsible for providing technical support and consultancy to users. In 2016, they founded Menino da Informática, where they were voted the best technical assistance in the region according to the Instituto Fênix, and provided excellent service to many customers in Florianópolis. That same year, they joined Borges Almeida Advocacia e Consultoria as an Analista de Suporte Técnico, where they provided technical support and consultancy for lawyers. In 2013, they began working at Colegio Santa Catarina as a Técnico de Campo Terceirizado, where they were responsible for managing the computer environment, monitoring the network, and managing the educational website. Finally, in 2017, they joined Softplan as a Scrum Master (CS), Analista de Relacionamento II (CS), and Analista de Relacionamento I (CS). In their most recent role, they joined Woba in 2022 as an Onboarding Analyst Senior.

Eduardo Gruber completed a Bacharelado in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from UNINASSAU between 2019 and 2021. Eduardo has also obtained various certifications, including Customer Data Analytics from CS Academy in February 2022, Certificação User Onboarding from Conpass in January 2022, Curso de Espanhol from Vaivén Hispano in 2022, IBM Talk'n' Labs - Cloud Computing from IBM in March 2021, Workshop Intesive CS Academy from CS Academy in March 2019, Workshop CS na Prática from ClienteChefe in November 2018, MCSA: Office 365 from Microsoft in December 2014, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in November 2014.
