Etienne Lalonde Gaudreau has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Etienne started their career as a Building Engineering Intern and Consultant at McGill University Health Centre, where they implemented a preventive maintenance system and updated the hospital database. Etienne then worked as a PLM Consultant at Boeing, analyzing and managing new versioning of CATIA V5 and ENOVIA, managing multiple projects and working groups, and designing training programs. Etienne also served as a Senior PLM Consultant at Pratt & Whitney, where they analyzed and managed the implementation of a new PLM system and validated interoperability between CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V6. Etienne later joined Hydro Québec as a CATIA V5 Specialist, creating methodologies for the implementation of an MBD system. Etienne also worked as a Business Analyst at BRP, responsible for gathering business requirements for system upgrades. Etienne then served as a Solutions Architect for Processia Solutions at Héroux-Devtek, Eaton, and Amazon, where they contributed to solution design, qualification, and supported technical teams. Most recently, Etienne was employed at Behaviour Interactive as a Technical Project Director, responsible for creating product architecture and roadmaps.
Etienne Lalonde Gaudreau completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 2006 to 2010. In 2022, they obtained the McGill Certified Agile and Scrum Master (MCASM) from McGill University's Executive Institute. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a program in Project Management: Methods and Tools from HEC Montréal's École des dirigeants.
