Amnahj Sahaifa

Amnahj Sahaifa possesses extensive experience in operations and supply chain management within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Beiersdorf since April 2021, Amnahj leads the operations department for the Thailand Plant, one of the company's largest facilities outside Europe. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble from 2000 to 2019, such as Sale and Marketing Forecaster and Initiative Portfolio Director for Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos, where Amnahj excelled in forecasting and sales execution planning. Additional significant roles encompassed Haircare Product Supply Operation Director and Wella Plant Director, emphasizing production management and operational efficiency. Earlier career highlights include process engineering roles at Michelin and Unilever, focusing on product design and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance. Amnahj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering Technology from Chulalongkorn University.
