Cherry Qian

Cherry Qian is an accomplished finance and human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as VP Finance for North East Asia and previously as General Manager HR in China and VP HR for the APAC region at Beiersdorf since August 2014, Cherry has demonstrated strategic leadership in financial and HR functions. Prior roles include HR Director for Greater China at LANXESS and Head of Finance at Metro China, where leadership involved managing large teams and overseeing critical financial operations. Earlier career highlights include leading strategic projects at LANXESS, working internationally in Germany on global pricing and strategy, and holding multiple finance-related positions at Bayer. Cherry holds a Master Degree in Global Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fudan University.
