Serena Rahme

Serena Rahme is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Global VP HR - Beyond at Beiersdorf since September 2021, Serena previously held multiple leadership roles at The Kraft Heinz Company from May 2015 to September 2021, including Head of People & Performance for Global Business Excellence and Global Finance Transformation Lead. Additional expertise was gained as Regional People & Talent Lead at Al-Futtaim Retail Group and as Head of Human Resources at Quantum Communications. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at The Western Union Company and HR Officer at Eastman Kodak. Serena holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from USEK and AUB and completed high school at College Notre Dame de Jamhour.
