Weni Zhou

Weni Zhou has extensive experience in supply chain and innovation management, currently serving as the Category Teamlead in Supply Chain and Innovation Management at Beiersdorf since March 2018. Prior to this role, Weni held positions at Bosch Rexroth as a Sr. Manager in logistics from April 2013 to November 2017 and returned to Beiersdorf from July 2008 to March 2013, initially as a Supply Chain Project Leader focusing on innovation projects, then as a Network Supply Manager overseeing product allocation within the production network. Weni Zhou completed a Doctorate at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management between 2014 and 2019 and holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieur from TU Hamburg Harburg, obtained in 2008.
