Fatiha Elsafy

Fatiha Elsafy has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fatiha is currently working as a Senior Director, Clinical Operations Lead- Biotech Unit at BeiGene, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at AstraZeneca as a Global Clinical Operations Program Director, Late Stage Oncology from 2020 to 2022. From 2016 to 2020, they held various roles at GLAXOSMITHKLINE VACCINES S.R.L., including Senior Manager, Strategic Clinical Planning- Slaoui Vaccine and Senior Global Project Manager- Vaccine Research. Fatiha started their career at Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceutical in 2008 as a Study Manager and worked there until 2016. Fatiha also had a brief role as a Trial Manager at Johnson & Johnson in 2007. In 2006, Fatiha worked as a Medical Program Specialist at Merck.

Fatiha Elsafy completed a Master's degree in Health Sciences, with a specialization in Clinical Research Administration, from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
