G. Rhys Williams

G. Rhys Williams has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 1993 with Aetna Health Plans as a Regional Manager in Health Research, they then moved on to roles such as Assistant Director of Outcomes Research at Janssen, Director of US Health Economics at Knoll Pharmaceuticals, and Group Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb. G. Rhys later joined Pfizer as a Senior Director/Team Leader and Amgen as an Executive Director of Global Health Economics. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Global Heath Economics and Outcomes Research at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Evidence Generation Strategy and Health Economics in Global Medical Affairs (Ex-China) at BeiGene.

G. Rhys Williams holds a PhD in Epidemiology from Boston University. They also have an MS in Mathematics and Statistics from Tulane University and a BSc (hons) in Mathematics and Statistics from Aberystwyth University.
