Linda Marchese

Linda Marchese has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and total rewards. Linda is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at BeiGene, a role they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, Linda worked at Novo Nordisk, where they held various positions including Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Total Rewards. Before Novo Nordisk, they served as the Vice President of Global Rewards at Covance. Linda also worked in leadership positions at Ingersoll Rand, Ricoh, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, American Express, and Prudential Healthcare. Throughout their career, Linda has gained extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

Linda Marchese has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. In 1989, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Marketing from Montclair State University. During this time, they also became a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. In 1997, Linda pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Rutgers University. Linda further expanded their education in the field of leadership development by completing a program at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2006. In 2008, Linda attended The Wharton School for a course called "Creating Value through Financial Management." More recently, Linda sought executive certifications from the MIT Sloan School of Management in both Strategy and Innovation in 2019 and Management and Leadership in 2020.
