Ali Mikati has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Ali began their marketing career with Marriott Hotel as a Trainee in 2003. Ali then moved on to Arab Bank and Pfizer, where they gained further experience as a Trainee. In 2007, they joined General Motors as a Marketing Executive. In 2009, they joined L'Oréal as a Product Manager and later as a Senior Product Manager. Ali then transitioned to Energizer Middle East & Africa as a Brand Manager in the Personal Care department before joining Bel. At Bel, they started as a Brand Manager and eventually progressed to the roles of Senior Brand Manager, Senior Trade Marketing Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Head of Commercial Strategy & RGM. Ali Mikati's work experience showcases their growth and expertise in marketing and brand management.

Ali Mikati earned a Baccalaureate degree in Economics and Sociology from Collège Protestant Français. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the American University of Beirut. Later, they obtained a Master's degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
