Kate Salkowski

Global Brand Sr. Director at Bel Group

Kate Salkowski has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Kate has held various roles at Bel, starting as an Associate Brand Manager in 2015. Kate then worked their way up to become a Senior Associate Brand Manager, leading marketing communications planning and development for Mini Babybel in the US. Kate later became a Brand Manager, leading the Kiri innovation for the Middle East. Kate then progressed to become a Global Innovation Director at Bel, where they led the global Babybel innovation team and played a key role in developing and launching the Babybel Plant-Based product. Kate was then promoted to Global Brand Sr. Director, overseeing the Babybel product platform team and driving global growth through CSR initiatives, core product animation and renovation, and innovation. Prior to their time at Bel, Kate worked at Kraft Foods Group as an Associate Brand Manager and Brand Assistant, managing marketing communications for Crystal Light. Kate also has experience working as a Public Relations Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.

Kate Salkowski has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School, where they studied Economics and Marketing/Operations & Information Management. Kate also participated in an exchange program at Korea University, focusing on International Business.
