Marc Panvier has a vast and diverse work experience in the food industry. Marc has held various roles throughout their career, beginning with their time at Danone as a Process Engineer from August 1987 to March 1988. Marc then joined Bel, where they worked for many years in different positions. Some of their notable roles include Directeur d'usine in Egypt from April 2007 to September 2010, Directeur projets Industriels Grande Afrique from April 2015 to October 2017, and Global Industrial Director "La Vache qui rit" from April 2019 to June 2022. Marc has also served as the Industrial Director for Central & Eastern Europe, overseeing four dairy plants in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ukraine. More recently, they have taken on the role of Global Industrial Director Hard Cheese - MiniBabybel - VP Operations America Bel & Materne, starting in July 2022.

Marc Panvier attended Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) from 1987 to 1990. Marc earned a degree in Food Science as an Ingenieur. In 1990, they briefly served as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on Molecular Biology. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued an MBA in Executive Management at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
