Kristin Shultz has a diverse work experience. Kristin is currently working as a Virtual Executive Assistant at HighGear, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they were an Office Assistant at BELAY starting from 2023. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at the 178th Logistics Readiness Squadron as a Logistics Plans and Integration Superintendent, where they managed and monitored deployment programs. From 2015 to 2019, they had multiple roles at the 178th Force Support Squadron, including Installation Personnel Readiness Manager and Human Resource Assistant. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at the National Guard Bureau, providing expert knowledge in HR. Kristin also had roles as a Human Resource Assistant and Aircraft Fuel Systems Specialist at the Ohio National Guard from 2006 to 2011.
