Brian McTigue

Brian McTigue is an experienced engineer currently serving as an MBE Senior Engineer at Belcan since June 2024. Prior to this role, Brian was the Digital Twin Project Lead at the National Institute for Aviation Research from January 2019 to May 2024, overseeing a team of 50 Model-based engineers on significant US Military projects and integrating advanced technologies to enhance digital twin capabilities. Brian co-founded Smart Pressure, where innovative biomedical solutions were developed to aid patients with injuries, while also managing a team and engaging with investors. Additional internship experiences include roles at Boeing, Airbus, and West Star Aviation, spanning various engineering and design support functions. Brian holds a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and is pursuing a PhD in Industrial Engineering at Wichita State University.
