Malik Jalma

Malik Jalma is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in risk management and trade finance. Currently serving as the Risk Manager of Documentary Credit at Belfius since October 2022, Malik previously worked at Byblos Bank Europe in various roles, including Trade Finance in the International Department and Credit Administration Officer from September 2018 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a position at UNICEF as the head of the administrative and financial section, and roles at BLOM BANK s.a.l. as a Retail Credit Analyst and Head Teller. Malik started a career in finance in the accounting department of Al Rafedaine company for traveling. Malik holds a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences and Management from Ichec Brussels Management School, a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Solvay Brussels School, and a Bachelor in Economics with a specialization in Financial Sciences and Banking from Aleppo University.
