Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Holding the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, Mariana has also owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Previous roles include practicing as a nutritionist at a private consulting office between February 2016 and 2019 and serving as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and food history. Mariana obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
