Carolina Maia

Carolina Maia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Carolina is currently working at Believe as the Head of BI & Sales Performance - Americas, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Believe as a Talent Scout from July 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Believe, they worked at Som Livre as the Coordinator of Digital Commercial Planning from May 2018 to July 2020. Carolina also held various positions within the company, including Junior, Senior, and Assistant of Digital Commercial Planning, from May 2014 to May 2018. Carolina began their professional career as an intern at Wilson Sons from April 2013 to April 2014. Carolina also gained intern experience at Som Livre from July 2011 to March 2012.

Carolina Maia has a diverse education history. Carolina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2008 to 2014. After that, they pursued a Post-Graduation in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, which they completed between 2017 and 2018. In 2019, Carolina enrolled in Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro again, this time for a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Intelligence - Sistemas Inteligentes de Apoio à Decisão em Negócios, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, in 2019, they completed an Executive Formation in Big Data: Visual Analytics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Lastly, they completed their elementary and high school studies at Colégio Sagrado Coração de Maria from 1996 to 2007.
