Stephane Thil

Stephane Thil is currently working as the Head of Finance Integration at Believe since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for integrating acquired or newly-created subsidiaries into the Group's Finance Core Model and leading the Group's Finance Target Operating Model project.

Prior to joining Believe, Stephane worked at Keyrus Management as a Senior Manager from 2014 to 2020. Stephane managed projects related to the implementation of financial solutions, integration of significant acquisitions into reporting environments, change management activities, and the definition of target finance organizations and back-office finance processes. Stephane also played an active role in developing Keyrus Management, including constructing and developing the RPA offering, contributing to business development and partnerships, coordinating training activities, and jointly coordinating recruitment efforts.

Before their time at Keyrus Management, Stephane worked at SMG Group as a Manager from 2009 to 2014. In this role, they provided transitional management, advice, and expertise on financial functions and processes. Stephane took charge of accounting services, assisted in organizational projects, and formalized and secured processes.

Stephane started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager from 2001 to 2008, where they gained valuable experience in financial management.

Stephane began their professional journey as an Analyste Junior at Ansaldo Signal N.V. in 2000, where they developed their analytical skills.

Overall, Stephane Thil has a wide range of experience in finance integration, project management, change management, and financial analysis, making him a valuable asset in their current role at Believe.

Stephane Thil completed their Master of Science in Accounting & Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School in 1997-1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Master in Management with a specialization in Finance & Accounting from SKEMA Business School from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, Stephane earned a Green Belt Lean Management certification from CUBIK Partners in 2020.
