Stella Chang has a rich and diverse work experience in the legal field. Stella started their career as a consultant at Montgomery International Consultants in 2006 and worked there until 2007.

Stella then joined Lincolns Lawyers & Consultants as a Senior Associate in 2008, where they focused on large-scale commercial and property transactions, litigation matters, and corporate governance. Stella had significant involvement in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

In 2014, they joined Wharton Legal as a Special Counsel, specializing in commercial litigation.
