Alicia Jarvis

Alicia Jarvis, CPACC, CSM, is a Senior Product Manager for the Accessibility Portfolio at Bell, where Alicia has led strategic initiatives with budgets ranging from $200K to $1.5M since August 2021, including founding and chairing the Diversability at Bell employee resource group. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist at Scotiabank Digital Factory and leading the Inclusive Design practice at RBC, where Alicia co-founded the RBC Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design Guild. Alicia has also worked as an IT Accessibility Consultant, QA Analyst, and Accessibility Consultant at AccessAbility Advantage, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing accessibility and inclusive design across various organizations. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Criminology from York University and has completed multiple certifications, including a Google Project Management Certificate.
