Scott McKinney

Scott McKinney is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the civil engineering sector. Currently serving at Bell and Associates, LP since January 2013, Scott previously held similar roles at AECOM from April 2006 to December 2012 and at the Tennessee Department of Transportation as an Operations Specialist from January 2000 to August 2005. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, after attending the University of Tennessee at Martin from 1994 to 1996.
