Christopher Warsow has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher has held multiple roles at Bell Flavors & Fragrances, starting as a Corporate Executive Chef in 2007 and progressing to higher positions such as Manager of Culinary Applications and Director of Culinary Applications. In these roles, they have overseen teams, developed innovative culinary applications, and collaborated with flavorists and chemists to establish gold standards for flavor development.

In 2010, Christopher founded Au Sable Food Group, a consultancy specializing in technical formulation of food products. Christopher has also worked as an Assistant Professor of Culinology at Southwest Minnesota State University from 2012 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, Christopher worked as a Research Chef at Kerry Ingredients, formulating dry seasoning mixes and presenting to customers. Christopher also worked as a Culinary Applications Scientist at Tate & Lyle, focusing on reduced sugar applications.

Before entering the culinary industry, Christopher gained experience as a Chef de Cuisine at 1897 Smokehouse, a Sautee Chef at Niko's, Inc., and a Garde Mange at Grand Hotel.

Christopher Warsow has an extensive educational background in the field of food science. Christopher pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Food Science from Michigan State University, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Christopher furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Food Science from the same institution, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003.

Before attending university, Christopher attended Schoolcraft College, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Culinary Arts. Christopher attended Schoolcraft College from 1993 to 1996, furthering their knowledge and skills in this field.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher Warsow also holds a certification as a ServSafe Food Handler, obtained from NSF Global Food Safety Training in December 2020.
