Vice President, Customer Experience at Bell Flight

Michael T Reagan has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the aerospace and automotive industries. Michael T is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at Bell Flight, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Bell in various roles, including Director of Support and Services, International.

Before joining Bell, Reagan was the Director of Global Services at Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. in 2013. Michael T also served as the Director of Commercial OEM at MillenWorks-Textron, where they were responsible for profit and loss management and developing new business in electric and hybrid vehicles.

Reagan has also held senior leadership positions at Executive Management Consulting, Autosplice, Delphi, and General Motors. At Autosplice, they successfully restructured the business during the 2008 economic crisis. While at Delphi, they had profit and loss responsibility for large electrical architecture and military/aerospace/commercial electrical businesses.

Michael T'scareer has encompassed various functions such as sales, marketing, business development, and project engineering. Reagan has a demonstrated track record of driving profitability, restructuring businesses, and developing new business opportunities.

Michael T Reagan obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Auburn University from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1980 to 1983. Michael T also holds a certification in Six Sigma Greenbelt from Delphi, obtained in 2003.
