Jennifer Duffy

Jennifer Duffy, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with over a decade of expertise in HR management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Bell & Evans since April 2023, Jennifer has previously held significant roles such as Human Resource Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Jennifer also owned On The Go HR, providing comprehensive HR services from 2012 to 2022. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Kreamer Feed Inc., Five Star International, Ingram Micro, and Ames True Temper. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI.
