David Nelson, SHRM - CP has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. David started their career as an HR Intern at Toyota in 2009. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Busch's Inc, where they held positions including Guest Service Manager Assistant, Center Store Manager, and Business Process Specialist. During this time, they also served as the Training Manager and Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. In 2006, David worked as a Campus Representative/Intern at Walt Disney World. Currently, they are employed at Belle Tire as the HR Manager, a role they have held since September 2014. Recently, David has taken on the additional responsibility of HR Director - Talent Acquisition at Belle Tire starting from January 2018.
