Mike Gerber

Mike Gerber has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in research and development and quality assurance. Mike held the position of SVP of Research, Development, Quality, and Technology at Bellisio Foods since May 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Research and Development at Jack Link's Beef Jerky from March 2012 to May 2017. Mike also served as the VP Research and Development at Schwan's Company from April 2011 to April 2012. In addition, they held various roles at Schwan's Company, including Sr. Director of Product Development, Marketing & Innovation Manager, and R&D Pilot Plant Manager. Before that, they worked as a Production Manager at Enthone and as a Process Engineer at Nestle USA. Mike began their career at Ecolab as a Process Engineer and Industrial Engineer.

Mike Gerber obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Economics from the University of Minnesota. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they completed between 2003 and 2005.
