Todd Walter

Todd is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Bellwether Enterprise (BWE) and has responsibility for the company’s legal affairs. In his capacity as EVP and CLO, Todd oversees BWE’s internal legal and compliance teams and manages outside counsel to promote and protect the company. Todd plays a leading role in identifying and executing the company’s new initiatives and product offerings. Mr. Walter is a member of the Executive Team that establishes and implements the strategic direction of BWE.

Previously, Todd was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Rockbridge, a leading private investment firm, where he oversaw all legal and compliance matters including investment vehicle formation and capital markets activities, portfolio investments, and affiliate business matters. Todd began his career as a corporate attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP where he assisted in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a variety of corporate transactions.

Todd is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Additionally, Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
