Carl Venables has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they began their career as a Senior Sales Advisor at Holland and Barrett, where they gained extensive knowledge in health supplements and developed strong customer service skills. Carl later worked as a Media Executive at MEERKATworks, where they gained experience in media planning and buying. In 2018, they interned as a Marketing Intern at SCAPE INTERIORS WEST LTD, where they assisted with the daily operations and promoted the business. Carl then joined D&AD in 2019, working in various roles including Impact Awards Research Assistant and Content Collection Assistant. In 2020, they served as an Awards Production Assistant at D&AD. In 2021, they worked as a Covid-19 Testing Operative at BIMM Institute. Carl's most recent role was at Ventrica, where they joined in 2021 as a Customer Service Advisor for a premium heritage clothing brand. Carl exceeded sales targets and later took on the role of Subject Matter Expert, responsible for product aftercare and training the customer service team. In 2022, they joined Belstaff as a Product Aftercare Coordinator. Throughout their career, they consistently pushed himself to go above and beyond expectations, reviewing and formulating new processes and implementing effective measures to improve customer service.

Carl Venables obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Bournemouth University, graduating in 2018. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In May 2015, they earned the CIM Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Marketing with Distinction from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. In June 2018, they achieved the IPA Foundation Pass from IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising). Most recently, in March 2021, they obtained the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration (RQF) from Training Qualifications UK.
