Janet Alonso has been working in the field of customer success and market research since 2010. Janet began their career as a Corporate Public Affairs Executive Jr. at Nielsen IBOPE in 2010. In 2013, they joined Kantar as an Account Executive Sr. and LatAm Marketing & Communication Executive Jr. where they were responsible for quantitative analysis, portfolio optimization, and brand positioning analysis. In 2017, they moved to NielsenIQ as an Account Executive Sr. where they were in charge of category and brand understanding, partnership in negotiation of shelf spaces, and category management analysis. In 2018, they joined Genomma Lab as a Market Research Manager PC & OTC and was responsible for the implementation and development of the Consumer Insights process for LatAm, strategy of launches based on analytics, and transformative innovations. Finally, in 2019 they joined Wise Athena as a Customer Success Manager Senior where they were a business partner of FMCG clients to maximize ROI through pricing and promotions. In 2022, they will join Belvo as a Financial Institutions & Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Janet Alonso obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universidad Panamericana between 2007 and 2011. In 2013, they attended UCLA Extension for a Brand Communication course in Marketing. From 2014 to 2015, they attended Casa do Brasil for a Portuguese Proficiency course in Portuguese Language and Literature. Currently, they are attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to obtain a Holistic Health Coach certification.
