Amir Nankali

Amir Nankali has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 as a Manufacturing Manager at Electro-Seal Inc. Amir then joined Bemis Associates in 1993 as a Product Development Engineer, where they played a key role in developing innovative adhesive technologies for renowned brands like Nike, lululemon athletica, and Coach. Over the years, Amir worked their way up to become the Product Development Manager, Global Director of Product Development, and eventually the Vice President of Technical Support at Bemis. In these senior roles, they led teams and implemented business strategies to deliver cutting-edge bonding and assembly solutions worldwide. Amir's expertise also includes creating a more global-centered organization and ensuring product consistency across Bemis' operations.
