Ademar Amorim

Ademar Amorim is the Project Manager at BEMO. Ademar has over 18 years of experience in the IT field. Ademar started their career at adaQuest, Inc in April 2001 and served as the IT Manager until July 2019.

Ademar was responsible for delivering the white glove onboarding experience to over 1400 Skype employees becoming Microsoft employees. Ademar incorporated the goals of Microsoft’s Infrastructure Integration & Services and Venture Integration teams with Site Infrastructure Services at multiple Microsoft and Skype sites worldwide. Ademar also traveled to multiple domestic and international locations to image, configure, and personalize a wide variety of computer models, from many manufacturers, each with specific features as specified by the end user.

In addition to their onboarding responsibilities, they also managed the IT budget and inventory, and improved the IT infrastructure which reduced support costs and network downtime. Ademar was also in charge of the IT related activities and productivity of internal/external staff. Ademar provided IT consulting and technical support for Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Networking.

Their manager is Cindy Oliveto, Director of Operations and Chief of Staff. They are on a team with and Catalin Alaci - IT Manager.
