Hsian Winter

Hsian Winter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They are currently the Head of Strategic Finance at Benchling. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Finance for the Small Business Group at Intuit. They also held the position of Vice President of Strategic Finance, Corporate Development & Operations at Guidewire Software, where they established the Strategic FP&A, Analytics, and Corporate Development function. Hsian Winter has also worked at ServiceSource, JMP Securities LLC, Stamos Capital Partners, L.P., Piper Jaffray, MyPublisher, TA Associates, and Arena Capital Partners, LLC, holding various finance and investment-related roles at these companies.

Hsian Winter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
