Rene Larro is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Benchling. Rene has over 20 years of experience in product management and professional services.

Rene started their career as a Business Consultant at Andersen Business Consulting. Rene then became a Product Manager at Digital Impact. In 2001, they became the Vice President of Products at Model N.

In 2013, Rene joined Castlight Health as a member of the Product Leadership team. Rene owned several Product Lines and the Product Operations group. Rene drove the standardization of the Roadmap and Planning processes as Castlight transitioned to Agile. Rene also helped stand up Castlight's India Development Center.

In 2016, Rene moved to Professional Services at Castlight. Over a two year period, they integrated the JIFF launch team post acquisition, doubled the team to over 100 Project Managers, Analysts, Implementation Engineers, and Ops Managers with dotted line resources across Data Management, Engineering Services, and Launch QE. Rene delivered over 125 projects in Castlight's peak quarter.

In November 2017, Rene became the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Apttus. Rene held this position for one year before joining Benchling as the Vice President of Customer Experience in October 2018.

Rene Larro received their MBA in marketing and strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Rene also holds a BS in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis.
