David Gehant

David Gehant has extensive work experience in various leadership positions, primarily in customer success and SaaS delivery. David has held the role of Vice President of Customer Operations at Benchmark Analytics since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an independent Management Consultant, providing consulting services to SaaS startups in designing their customer success strategies. From 2017 to 2021, David worked as the Vice President of Customer Success at Conservis, where they successfully increased customer retention and developed scalability in service delivery and support. David also played a significant role in the acquisition of Conservis by RaboAgrifinance and TELUS. Before that, they served as the Director of Implementation and Enrollment at ABILITY Network, where they led a large delivery organization responsible for customer onboarding, training, and support in the healthcare IT industry. David has also held leadership positions at Qumu Corporation and Symantec (now Veritas), where they managed SaaS delivery, cloud operations, and managed services. David started their career at Accenture (Navitaire) as an Account/Delivery Manager, overseeing multinational airline accounts. Additionally, David has experience as an Implementation Consultant and Software Engineer at Accenture (Navitaire), a Cancer Research Laboratory Technician at Wayne Hughes Institute, and a Volunteer Science and Math Teacher Abroad at Mount Carmel High School.

David Gehant completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Pre-Medicine and Biochemistry from Concordia College from 1991 to 1995. David then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Hamline University from 2008 to 2010.
