Cyntia Padilla serves as the Leader of Global HR Operations at Benchmark Gensuite® since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in corporate operations and finance. From February 2015 to February 2023, Cyntia effectively managed HR, business operations, and finance in Mexico while directly reporting to the CEO and corporate team. Cyntia's previous roles at Benchmark included Global Location Operations and Finance Leader and Senior Manager for Corporate Operations, overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance within multiple locations. Prior experience includes roles at Katun Corporation focusing on credit analysis and account management for large customer accounts in the USA and Mexico. Cyntia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Intercontinental and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes.
