Cedric Fasbender has a wide range of experience in the hospitality industry. Cedric started their career in 1996 as the Director of Food and Beverage at Benchmark Hospitality. From there, they held various roles at Dolce Hotels & Resorts, including RVP & GM and General Manager from 2000 to 2013. Cedric also served as the Resort Manager at PGA National Resort and Spa from 2002 to 2003. In 2013, they joined Benchmark Hospitality as the Vice President of Operations, where they currently work.

Cedric Fasbender attended Bavaria Hotelberufsfachschule from 1979 to 1980, where they earned a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Hotel Trade. Afterward, they enrolled in Washington State University from 1980 to 1984, studying Hospitality Administration. Although the degree obtained from Washington State University is not specified, it can be assumed that they pursued further education in the field of Hospitality Administration during that time.
