Kanwaljeet "Rikki" S Boparai has a vast and diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Kanwaljeet "Rikki" S has held senior leadership positions at various prestigious companies.

In 1992, Boparai started their career at the Kimpton Group, where they held various positions, including Assistant General Manager, until 1999.

From 1999 to 2002, they worked at Noble House Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Operations.

In 2002, Boparai joined Benchmark Hospitality International. Kanwaljeet "Rikki" S initially served as the Director of Operations from 2002 to 2006.
