Lauren Pearce

Lauren Pearce, PHR, SHRM-CP is an experienced human resources professional with a range of positions spanning over a decade. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company, where they lead the strategic direction of the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. In this role, they support a workforce of over 250 team members across 10 departments, focusing on culture, transparency, and HR best practices. Prior to their current position, Pearce held the Director of Human Resources role at the 12th Man Foundation from 2016 to 2021. Lauren also has experience as a Program Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions, an Onsite Manager at TMD Temporaries, and as a High School Presenter/Recruiter at Remington College. Pearce began their career as a Recruiting Intern at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and also worked as a Summer Research Assistant at Express Employment Professionals.

Lauren Pearce, PHR, SHRM-CP earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University in 2011. Lauren also obtained a minor in Business Administration and Management, General from Mays Business School, also at Texas A&M University. In 2015, they obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute, and as a SHRM-CP from SHRM.
